Can  you give me any tips for my sister who if finding it very difficult to adopt a Jewish baby- or any baby for that matter, or even a young child.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Any ideas would be much appreciated&lt;br /&gt;

		<description>Faith, that is a good way to handle this issue.  As you note, the behavior stems from insecurity.  The other area where we&#039;ve noticed this tendency is with time.  Folks compete to establish who is busiest.  It is mostly an assertion for who is the most important.  It&#039;s good to be secure enough to not feel a need to compete!</description>

		<description>This was a real issue for my son&#039;s play group when he was a baby and toddler. I chose to let the other person &quot;win.&quot; I knew that my son was &quot;perfect&quot; just the way he was, and I did not feel the need to compare him to others. However, since other mothers clearly did have this need/insecurity, I let them &quot;win.&quot; :0)&lt;br /&gt;
