Okay - here we are in the final stretch. I think it's hard to imagine what prepping for Passover is unless you have experienced it. There's the full house spring cleaning, turning your kitchen inside out, purchasing large quantities of food, cooking, more cooking and getting ready for the seders.
But there's still time! Passover begins Monday evening, so there is still a bit of time to do some last minute crafts. Here's Naomi's top 5 list of things you can still do (with or without kids) before lighting candles for Passover.
1. Make a matzah cover. We always seem to run short of these at our seder. An 18 inch-ish square of light colored material from a craft store will do just fine. Grab some puffy paint, sequins or beads, and decorate in Spring or Passover themes.
2. Make a cup for Elijah. There is a custom to leave a cup of grape juice or wine for Elijah, who we believe visits all seders. One of those plastic goblets from a party store and paint markers will do well - just be sure no one (besides the spirit of Elijah) drinks from the cup if you're not using food safe markers.

3. Make a pillow. We have a custom of reclining while we eat at the seder. Grab an old pillow and pillowcase that could use some new life. Fabric paint or markers are easy to find. Make one for each member of your family - or have them join in the fun!
4. Make chametz-free signs. This is fun to do with kids. Get those foam or wooden door hangers, and decorate with pictures of brooms and mops. Write "Chametz free zone" and hang in appropriate areas of the house that have already been cleaned for Passover.
5. Make a 10 plagues bag. This is also fun to do with kids, or for kids, and adds something new to the seder. Make a bag with items that in some way represent each of the
ten plagues. Use plastic bugs, animal magnets, black construction paper - be creative!
